Design of detailing and construction supervision of the Wetland Centre Strata at the Las Piñas – Paranaque Wetland Park. Developing design details and coordinating with the designated general and subcontractors.

Urban Design and Planning

Water-energy-nutrient nexus in the cities of the future. (August 2020 – December 2021)
Co-Team Leader for Communication of the UK-Philippines Newton Prize funded project with the University of Surrey, University of Nottingham, De La Salle University, Salikneta Farm (DLSU), and the Society for the Conservation of Philippine Wetlands, Inc. as collaborators to develop technologies for the conversion of farm waste water into fertilizer.

Tourism Physical Planning Consultant – Bacnotan (La Union) Tourism Development Master Plan (February 2017 – November 2019)
Preparation of the physical development component of the tourism master development plan for the Municipality of Bacnotan ensuring positive economic impact, supporting both corporate sector-led and community-based tourism activities, conserving existing natural resources, preserving cultural heritage – all within the context of sustainable development of the people. Project implementer is the Bacnotan Municipal Government with the Society for the Conservation of Philippine Wetlands, Inc. and funded by LaFarge Holcim Cement Philippines. 

Urban Planner Consultant – Architectural and Built Environment Consultant, Green Filters Project (2015 – 2017)
Assessment of built environment factors in site context for integration of a constructed wetland infrastructure at an Eco-Village in Calauan, Laguna.  Delineated site boundaries and specific location of ‘green filter’ constructed wetlands on site, conducted disaster risk reduction and management, and provided technical assistance in relation to materials and construction.  Monitors technical sustainability of the project in relation to integration of infrastructure with the eco-village – measuring utility to beneficiaries and adaptation practices on-site.  Project Implementer: SCPW, Inc. Partners: Global Nature Fund, Sika Group, and Kärcher.

Urban Planner Consultant – North Rail Valenzuela Depot (August 2016 – 2017)
Assessment of area, boundaries, and dimensions, GIS ground-truthing, flooding incident assessment, and local land-use management assessment of the North Rail leased 13.822-hectare National Food Authority property in Valenzuela to be used exclusively as a Depot – as part of a habitat offsetting management measure.
